Seeding Africa is a nonprofit organization founded by three visionary leaders with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Empower women through mentorship, training, and job opportunities in the Information Technology sector, enabling them to achieve their full potential and contribute to the economic growth of their communities.

OUR VISION

Drive sustainable economic growth and gender equality by equipping women in developing countries with the skills and resources they need to succeed in the Information Technology sector. We believe that by providing access to outsourcing Technology opportunities, we can help bridge the gender gap in developing countries, creating a more inclusive and prosperous future for all.
Our goals are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, that include:

Goal 5: GENDER EQUALITY – Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.
